Even now, you need to let the farm realtor know what your realtor member said about this arrangement and see if I and her or another realtor in our board can work together and keep the money to us as suppose all of it to the outsiders. I promise you, I will bring value to the negotiation whether this farm works or not . I am not a chicken farm expert however Re/Max has a great net work in any type of commercial or residential Realestate purchase in all North America . We do referral business with each other
