I have been around to see it all. Here in GTA in almost every community there are  unlicensed realtors,lawyers,even home doctors 
They share money with the professionals and they are their marketing partners with no disclosure,facts but selling dreams with no consequence. 
 
So I do not have proof Negede is unlicensed realtor, given his treatment toward me on this matter, i highly suspect 
 
SO BUYER Beware..... Hope I am wrong 
 
Not only for this deal, you need to look at anything you are looking to buy with a licensed, educated, skilled realtor that is not greedy that works with the
specialty Realtor (like a farmer realtor)and  they share their pay to benefit the client as supposed to their pocket. In this case, edom was ready to take an offer however not providing all you need for you to make a huge business decision is mal-practise.  in my opinion where is 
all the info you need like the spreadsheet I offered for you to see what you were getting offered? this farm with no house on it ? Please find another email I sent you for a farm that was sold for a lot less with a 3 bedroom home on it  with bigger modern chicken barns

Hope you are doing well.

I like to be clear some in advance. As board member my fiduciary is absolutely to the vision and goal of the collective team (yet to be born an entity). Neither have personal interest to gain any financial gain nor any interest in any form and shape. My action within the team should be seen as Genuinely and strictly to  contribute as a piece of jigsaw puzzle to the bigger collective ambitions.

In respect to the planned Chicken Farm, I have been able to negotiate back and forth  with realtor to stick with the Saturday April 12 date. They wanted to know the number people in this visit to accommodate.

My understanding and the realtor expectation is that only to facilitate the visit and the visit only in order to provide full access of the modern chicken farm what it look like. Absolutely no transactional discussions expected. Nor they expecting us to offer them at this juncture.

The Soltanian Real Estate Group graciously enough to accommodate this trip for this group without any expectation because they have the understanding of our group vision and goals.

Please confirm to Nigussie who is coming in this field trip.
